Helena Vlahinja Klauznicer

Helena Vlahinja Klauznicer is a psychologist and behavioural scientist with extensive international experience in applying behavioural science in organisational settings. She began her career in Croatia before relocating to Doha, Qatar, where she deepened her expertise in human behaviour and decision-making.

With a strategic focus on research and the application of behavioural insights, she joined B4Development, the first Behavioural Insights Unit in the MENA region. As a Senior Behavioural Scientist, she led and contributed to over 50 projects spanning sustainability, education, sports, and organisational behaviour. Her work focused particularly on designing and implementing behavioural interventions to drive positive behaviour change in large-scale international events, including the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with leading international organisations, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), and multiple UN agencies.

In early 2023, she returned to Croatia and founded Insightfully, a consultancy specialising in behavioural science-driven solutions for organisational challenges. Her work is dedicated to helping organisations optimise processes, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable business and social impact through behavioural science and design.

Andrijana is a psychologist, researcher, and senior lecturer in economic psychology and behavioural economics. She holds a PhD in applied psychology, specialising in the intersection of behavioural economics and economic psychology.

For years, she has been a senior lecturer at ZŠEM, where she teaches and leads the Behaviour and Experimental Economics Lab (BEE Lab). Alongside her academic career, she has extensive experience designing and delivering training programs for the business sector and working on applied behavioural projects.

Her expertise lies in developing initiatives that drive positive behaviour change by acknowledging the limitations of human rationality and bridging the gap between intentions and actions. She focuses particularly on sustainability (mobility, energy, waste, and recycling), health, education, personal finance, and organisational behaviour.

Currently, she is a Senior Behavioural Scientist at Nudgd, a Swedish startup creating solutions that promote sustainable behaviour and ranked among the 50 most promising clean mobility startups in the EU. She has worked with organisations across the UK, Sweden, Germany, the Baltics, Switzerland, Tunisia, Burkina Faso, Qatar, and Lebanon, as well as global humanitarian organisations, including UNICEF, UNHCR, Save the Children Initiative, and Nudge Lebanon. She also collaborates closely with UNICEF Croatia and the European Research Centre.

As the founder of Insights, a behavioural consultancy, Andrijana is committed to translating research into actionable strategies, helping organisations foster positive behaviour change among their employees, consumers, and users.
