Workshop Held at the Invitation of the International Association of Controllers (ICV)

At the invitation of Internationaler Controller Verein (ICV) – the International Association of Controllers, which brings together controllers, managers, and professionals interested in controlling at a global level, we conducted a workshop on decision-making and human behaviour in the business environment.

During the workshop, we explored the factors influencing decision-making, the role of cognitive biases and heuristics in managerial decisions, and successful applications of nudges and behavioural interventions in practice.

Our workshop has been officially selected for the EAWOP Congress program

The European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) has accepted our workshop proposal, "Behavioural Design in Organizations: Applying Behavioural Science for Positive Change," and included it in the congress program

The EAWOP Congress will take place from May 21–24, 2025, in Prague.
